1. BZC400CHW truck mounted water well drilling rig is our direct rotary drilling rig. The rig adopt SINOTRUK 6X4/6X6 special rig chassis . It is equipped with Cummins diesel engine 112kw on the chassis as drilling power.

2. There are hydraulic double winches, the two winches stepless rise and down, can achieve fast down the hook.

3. This rig is a rotary drilling rig with directional circulation, which is equipped with BW850/2 mud pump, It adopts the slurry as the washing fluid, it can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a good drilling bit

4 We set up a generator , so that it is convenience to illuminate or work at night.

4. It has a hydraulic cylinder control double card board forward and backward, it makes the insurance card board closed, to achieve stuck or release the pipe joints.

5. It use integrated design of pneumatic, to achieve the BW850 mud pump clutch using pneumatic remote control, it has high degree of automation and easy-saving operation.

6. It is installed 4 hydraulic legs and 2 mechanical legs, every hydraulic leg rod with locknut. After leveling the rig, it can lock the cylinder use locknut. So, even if the cylinder leaks, the chassis is not instability.

7. The rotary table use stir bars, internal turntable use spiral arc gear to transmission, it has large torque, it about 2 times of similar products at domestic and foreign.

8.. This drilling rig equipped with an auxiliary unloading cylinder, it can be used to promote the turntable ratchet, to achieve unloading the first thread , then reverse the rotary table to protect gear box.

9. The appearance of rig is pretty, it has a high efficiency because of having a larger torque of the turntable, it is mainly used for water well, construction, national defense building foundation, geological exploration, geothermic well and other foundation working, it is popular with domestic and foreign clients.
